Goethe also says, “Man supposes that he directs his life and governs his action, when his existence is irretrievably under the control of destiny.”

What Goethe says is that if you don’t use knowledge, if you don’t take action, if you don’t focus [direct] and concentrate on your desired outcomes, destiny will control you.

Can one perform a noble action without an autonomous moral conscious? I doubt it very much, but what does it mean to say to someone, “You have an autonomous moral conscious?” It means that each of us has the moral consciousness to realise and use his/her free will to take control of their life, and act according to a plan that must reflect their own choices.

But, in the face of repeated failure can easily affect the autonomous moral agent to experience remorse, which is so easy to get stuck in its vicious circle, it disables our cognitive capacity to re-ignite our desire to accomplish our desired goals.

Desire to move oneself with generous emotions towards kindly men and women is in itself a noble action. An an action that will always bear fruit. However, to think that noble action without moral conscious, not only it is fraud, corrupt the spirit, but also, lead mankind to spiritual bankruptcy. Jaycee Dugard, who is now 29,finally recovers freedom and reunites with her family after spending 18 years in her abductor’s captivity. Nobody, including her parents, believe that she is still alive. Jaycee tells People magazine, “I’m so happy to be back. Nothing is more important than the unconditional love and support I have from them [her family]”.

Dugard was only 11 when she disappeared surprisingly outside her South Lake Tahoe home on June 10, 1991.Phillip Garrido and his wife are accused of holding Dugard in a makeshift camp in their backyard after kidnapping and sexually assaulting her.

As a poor victim and sex slave of evil Garrido, Dugard eventually had two of children, Angel, 15 and Starlit, 11. Her two daughters are made regard Miss Dugard as their elder sister, who actually is their mother. They are believed to have thought that the Garridos are their parents. The Garrido’s have pleaded not guilty at present.

    On October 14, 2009, the first new photo of Jaycee Lee Dugard appeared on the cover of People magazine. And People magazine was granted an exclusive interview, which will be printed out as a 10-page long story. Dugard is reported to unveil the information to the public for the reason that she likes to “share her joy with the world” and show how well she is doing.

 A spokeswoman for the family revealed currently the family are close, comfortable and happy, and Dugard has bonded with her younger sister Shana, who was just a baby when Dugard was kidnapped. The magazine said Dugard is thinking about collaborating on a book about her ordeal.
